Gladstone U3A
Learning Together for Pleasure
At Gladstone U3A, we believe learning is a lifelong journey, and that staying curious, active and connected enriches our lives at every age. U3A stands for University of the Third Age, a worldwide movement built on the idea that people can continue learning, growing and sharing knowledge throughout their lives.
We are a volunteer-led, community-based organisation where members come together to enjoy educational, creative, physical and social activities in a welcoming and supportive environment.
It's about more than learning. It's about belonging.
Through our courses, activities and events, we create opportunities to build friendships, strengthen community connections and reduce social isolation. Our members bring a wealth of life experience, knowledge and skills. By sharing these with one another, we create a community where everyone has something to contribute and everyone has something new to discover.
Whether you're exploring a new interest, rediscovering an old passion or simply looking to meet new people, Gladstone U3A is a place to connect, participate and enjoy.
No exams, no qualifications needed, no pressure — just learning, friendship and fun!
